Refunds

Posters are digital files you download right away, so we don’t offer refunds once the files are delivered. If something is wrong with your file, write to us and we will put it right.

Before you pay

You see your poster, with your own chart, name and colour, before you pay. Please check the date, time and place of birth. The files are made from exactly what you enter.

If something is wrong

A file that won’t open, a typo in a name, a wrong city or time, a colour that prints badly: write to us with your order number and we will send a corrected file. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

Charged twice or never received

Write to us with the order number from your receipt. A duplicate charge, or an order whose files never reached you, is refunded in full.

Digital content

By paying you ask us to deliver the files immediately. Because of that, the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days, which applies in some countries, ends once your files are delivered. You confirm this with a tick box before you pay.

You can use the free chart for yourself, and print your posters as often as you like. The charts are calculations, not predictions or advice.

Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller . is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, handles sales tax and VAT, and handles any refund.

The free chart

• It is free, with no account.
• Positions are calculated from astronomical data and checked against the Swiss Ephemeris. They are only as exact as the birth data you enter.
• Astrology is offered for interest and reflection. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Posters you buy

• One poster costs $9. A couple set of three costs $19, each extra person $4, and the wheel for two alone $14.
• You get print-ready PDF files in every colour and size included with your order, as one download.
• You may print them as many times as you like, for yourself or as a gift.
• You may not resell the files or sell prints made from them.
• The design of the posters stays ours; the chart data is yours.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is added by at checkout and shown before you pay. We never see or store your card details.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them. What you already bought keeps the terms it was bought under.

Privacy

Your charts and posters are made in your own browser. We do not run a database of your birth details.

The free chart

The date, time and place you type are used on your device to draw the chart. They are not sent to us. The list under My charts is kept in this browser only, and you can remove any chart from it.

When you buy

• Birth details and names on your posters stay in your browser, where the files are made.
• Your email address and payment details go to , who takes the payment and sends your receipt, under their own privacy policy. We receive the order, its number and your email so we can answer you.

We don’t sell or share this with anyone else, and we don’t send marketing email.

Visit statistics

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores only your language, your saved charts and your last order, in your own browser.
